Allow more world generation optimization mods

It is a huge disadvantage not to be able to smoothly play the game on 32 render distance. Im suggesting the following modes become allowed:
- C2ME
- Noisium
- Nvidium

i agree with having more optimization mods but only if they provide a noticeable performance benefit

26.3 will improve performance a lot so I just think it's best to see what difference they make on that version first.

i started experimenting a bit today and I used to be able to play on a maximum of 20 Rd and 10 SD without significant performance issues

with those three mods 32RD and 16 SD runs smoothly

dont worry too much about sd, id usually just leave it on 5 unless theres a reason to have it up if you struggle with performance

for example if i need honey id leave it on 32 to load hives, but once the goal is off the board i turn it back down

Honestly would it be that bad to require c2me etc to play Draftout, that way everyone has the same experience even if it isn't quite vanilla
