Lock a map using Cartography table doesn't work with BT map if we don't shift click

Currently this goal only works with regular map, I tried it with buried treasure map and it doesn't work.
Not sure if oversight or bug but BT map should definitely work as well.

yeah for BT map we have to shift click but for regular maps it works either way

I did it with the normal map and it didnt work

same thing happened to me were I didnt shift click and it didnt give me the goal and I lost the goal 5 seconds after because of it
