No but in all seriousness I don't think there's a goal yet that requires a splash potion, and I think this is a nice way to add it. Since water breathing can be obtained through buried treasures, you don't need wart or pufferfish for this one, which gives it some nice variance. AND its hilarious, which is always a bonus.

counter suggestion: new task "save the fish" bring 3 different sea creatures above water to save them from drowning

id imagine a lot of random out of the blue goal completions because a glow squid decided to maroon themelves

imo a better splash potion goal would be like "kill a mob using magic", you can use harming pots, water bottles on blazes, or healing pots on an undead mob

i think splash pots would be the only way to attribute the damage to the player though, so lingering healing pots from tc wouldn't work...

luckily you don't have to go back to the OW for this if you have some foresight and bring a bucket of fish to the fort

we save the fish by putting it in hell and splashing a funny glass bottle on it
