I think normally it would be typical kill x sheep gameplay and there would be the aura naturally spawning pink sheep

i don't believe natural sheep color is standardized so that would have to happen

I assumed it was since passive mob spawning is seed based. Like how I'm pretty sure both players will have the same piglin vs piglin brute spawns, although that is a bit different.

i think color is one of those weird things that happens postgen, but i haven't thought about it since a single incident in ranked like a year ago so i could be wrong / outdated
