today i lost a 12-12 because my opponents turtle decided to go straight to the block where it lays the eggs and mine wandered around for a whole minute. this would remove the rng aspect entirely from the goal

yes, but the issue is that it only works once the turtle reaches its 'home' block and starts laying the eggs, so until the turtle finds it there is nothing i can do but wait

you can lower your sim distance so they cant get too far away from their home block
