Could lead to some interesting gameplay with it requiring both mushrooms and a few bonemeal: in early game forests with a fallen log with mushroom it'd often be worth composting leaf litter for bonemeal to grow the mushroom, and in overworlds without easy mushrooms but an enter it could be an early nether goal that requires some forethought.
More importantly I think it would be a fun goal
