Unable to queue because the game thought I was already queueing

I was trying to do a quick play match, when after a minute or so it seemingly kicked me out of queue. I tried to get back into the queue but I couldn't, so I recorded this video to help.

For anyone else with the same issue, deleting and readding the mod fixed it for me

i just reloaded my instance but i still think its important to mention cause it might consider it a loss if it was a competitive game
