In my opinion the Obtain Dispenser goal is one too many redstone goal and this would make it way more interesting. Now I don't know if it is possible to detect it.

I think it is a goal that doesn't need to be early game considering how many redstone early game goals there already is like piston or repeater

Don't replace the obtaining goal. Your goal can serve as a harder version of that :)

Dispenser has both jemple and TC as alternative options without needing redstone so its already more interesting for that reason
