Stone Bricks, Deepslate, Nether Bricks, Polished Blackstone, Sandstone, Red Sandstone, Quartz Block, Copper (3 extra weathered variants, waxed, and 3 extra waxed variants), Tuff, Tuff Bricks, Resin Bricks, Sulfur, Cinnabar

AND:
Bamboo Mosaic (which has the same recipe standards but a different name),
Chiseled Bookshelf (which has the same name but a different recipe)

I feel like there's already plenty of goals that usually are just put a specific item into a stonecutter

Like obtaining chiseled variants of most of these blocks is the same as obtaining the original block if you have a stonecutter already, and if you don't have one you will always make one for this goal

There's already goals for 4 walls and 2 stairs, which can all be made in a stonecutter, plus the use a stonecutter goal

Imo bamboo mosaic is more interesting just because it's the only chiseled type block where a stonecutter won't save time
