Stuck in spectator mode

I'm unsure on the exact steps taken to have this happen but it has happened to me twice now. After a match has ended I go to spectate the world and I end up stuck in that world spectating. The save and quit button that is supposed to be there is still the button to view the board. I can forfeit the match but it does nothing. Only way out that I can see is to alt f4 and reload the game. If I find out how to consistently get the bug I'll update the post.
