Fairly simple goal, but does lead to some interesting outcomes/choices

If the goal is on the board, this gives you the choice of sniping early or holding out to get others goals that require the nighttime. The items gifted also can help with others goals e.g. rabbits foot for jump boost, string and flesh for various, feathers for write book, etc. World can filter for village or on rare occasions, witch hut for this goal.

"isn't this just a more complex version of tame a cat?" kinda true but i feel like the same argument could be applied for duplicate allay's for play a disc in a juke box.

do you have a better chance of receiving a gift if you have more cats ?

if you have like 17 cats and put them in boats the game makes all of them give you the ability to give gifts for some reason

This only works for sleeping through the night? It’s quite punishing if u miss bc u need to wait for another night but ig it’s only 9% to whiff if you have 2 cats

I feel like this a bad goal, since at a high level an average length match is under 30 minutes. If neither player forced this goal first night (which would often directly inhibit progress on other goals) this could end up as the last goal, with both players just afk for a few minutes waiting for night. Even if you do attempt it isn't guaranteed to be successful, and unlike other goals there's no way to force it again immediately, you have to wait 10 minutes. And it also has the same issue as goals like kill parched, where if both players do go for it it's very rng since you will both likely attempt it at the exact same time.

i feel like you could apply this argument to a lot of current goals and I still see them get drafted imo

No netherite scrap in any near by bastions sometimes just turns into 10 minutes or more of strip mining or rumaging through lava lakes until someone gets lucky enough to mine the right block and find it

also this is a fairly simple goal, you just need fish and a bed at the bare minimum. If it's actually the last goal people go for, then they have to have drafted the board from the heavens for everything to be finished in less than 10 minutes, maybe even 20.

I like this one because it will create funny situations where players have to bring cats with them while doing other things
