Since No Chat Restrictions became an allowed mod today maybe we could allow No Chat Reporting for the people who play on servers that dont disable chat reporting/realms (which is a minority but might still be worth considering)

This mod also has a built in Disable Telemetry option which could replace the no telemetry mod
