Unique Crafts Not Working As Intended

When I played a game of blackout a while ago and it kept giving me the unique craft ping even when I've already crafted the item. Also, when I craft more than one item the ping happens more than once (kind of hurt my ear but its chill). Idk if this ss will help but hope it kind of gives an idea of what might have happened.
