ragebait goal thats determined by wander rng
idk if im missing any decision making here because if you have pigs next to the outpost its literally just whose pigs wander closer + mechanics

imo there’s usually quite a bit of decision making like whether u even go for the chest, which way u enter/leave and i think mechanics is usually more important than wander rng

i do see this argument for breed chickens bc both players often get to the chickens at the same time and the goal is determined by whose chicken wandered less

there’s quite a few mechanics based goals like crafting so idt that’s an issue for draftout goals

if ur worried abt rng of the chest loot and/or wander rng u could always skip it and get ahead on other goals, which i see a lot of top players do with slop goals

88.03% for breed pigs from Outpost btw (https://sites.google.com/view/draftout-infodumps/nether-endgame-goals/breed-mobs)
Learn and memorise all the mobs that can be bred here and the items you need to breed them with here. Sniffer is included in both of these but should be disregarded for Draftout. It is not mentioned on this page.
Note that where mobs have more than 1 breeding item, you only need two total (so 1

with breed chickens i feel like its more likely to be a mechanics diff in getting the seeds then an rng thing of the chickens wandering too much

but yea if you don't like losing the goal either don't draft it or just ignore it if your opponent does draft it

There could be a distance filter on breed goals? Like the mobs cannot be at spawn. Makes the wandering less relevant
