random thoughts
- i know rowl has said before that he wants competitive to be designed only for top players, which is still kinda weird to me, so by this logic it should exist in all ranks, but also i feel like you can get away with not finding it in draftout much easier
- i have no clue how difficult would it be to find on some seeds because of fake spikes and if draftout should attempt to remove them or if we should just say that its a skill to deal with them
- imo it just shouldnt exist in quickplay at all, since public elo doesnt exist and making it based on private elo is bad since you should know if the seed can be a bt or not - though i wouldnt mind it if the seed type would be shown

I think pre-emptive is possible in 26.1.1 — But it's harder & you use a different pie-directory.

I don’t like the concept of a bt seed type cuz it’s not really a structure

it works well for ranked because like it gives you good quality items to beat the game quickly but like I don’t think that’s really necessary in draftout

I do think the bt loot pool is cool to have early game in draftout but idk I don’t like the idea that much

mansions are too inconsistent in my opinion but maybe that’s just because I haven’t learnt them

i dont think bt is interesting enough to be its own seedtype, maybe if its part of misc seedtype?

like pale oak deep dark and stuff they r meant to be seeds where you don’t just get a bunch of loot off the start by looting a chest

you can pot a plant, get a carved pumpkin, mine a spawner(sometimes), get a diamond block(the one incased in obsidian), die to vines, use an anvil, get shrooms, redstone, books, lava, & more?

it was no structure before but now it misc, mansion, trail ruin and ancient city are also included

but ancient city isn’t like off spawn you have to dig 73266 blocks to get to it

i think this would be cool if u like guaranteed a nearby ocean ruin with a map or something

Imo having bird's eye take away all other forms of needing to use f3 to find the structure makes it so this just wouldn't fit in well as a seed type.

I am surprised though that more top players don't even attempt mapless just to check during the draft phase when they spawn on a beach.

its not harder, the pie directory is longer tho frame.extract.world.level.executeframegraph.main
