I just find it annoying to play without them, I’m not sure if there’s a way to enable certain packs and not others but I thought I’d suggest this anyway

I think low shield & fire are kinda unnecessary (not on fire or using a shield most of the time), and no fog lowers skill ceiling by making piedar and endar essentially useless. I'm also assuming that draftout is meant to be a basically vanilla gamemode, so I just doubt that any changes to vanilla textures would be allowed by default

yeah i see that, im a smp player so i usually like those packs. but i def see your argument and it makes a lot of sense

honestly im mainly just mad bc my default minecraft setting brightness doesnt light up caves lol (i forgot to include it in this)

Understandable, I used to use low fire a few years ago but adapted back to normal pretty quick when I picked up mcsr

I think it comes with sodium or smth right? Which allows for 500% brightness

It is legal to set gamma to up to 5.0.
On latest Minecraft versions, you have to use the Planifolia mod. With it you can adjust the brightness level up to 500% in-game via Options > Video Settings in the title screen, not in the world.
You can download Planifolia, as well as all other legal mods, from https://mc.sr/mods/?version=26.1.1.

nether fog is reduced by draftout
