Remove snowy seeds

Snowy seed are not playable if there is not another biome around. You are stuck in the snowy for thousands of blocks and there is not a different biome in sight. Most of the time the person wins with the better luck of finding a different biome and snowy villages suck

i think a better suggestion is for igloo seeds to check for a non snowy biome nearby

bc a lot of times there rly is just only snowy plains or tiaga for 32 chunks and the player who wins is just whoever runs the right direction
