i don't think there's a cumulative stat for every food, looks like they just use the "item used" counter in the items tab for each one

A Balanced Diet doesn't count cakes, and it doesn't increment the "Item used" stat for cakes

Warden for uniques they can just copy the monsters hunted list and add warden. But for cake they'd have to add an entirely new detection method to the unique food goal
