Start of Match Lag Fix

Starting a game at high simulation distance often causes really bad lag involving breaking logs (or blocks in general) which can lose you a ton of time if bad enough.
This problem can generally be avoided by just turning simulation distance down to 5, but this imo is just a really unfun gimmicky part of the game since
1. It’s a niche tech that new players wouldn’t know about
2. It’s really just a lag fix and affects a part of the game that ideally just shouldn’t exist
3. Having to turn it up is menu time loss and more things to think about in a game that’s already overloading you with information, and not turning it up can cause problems with bees and mob spawning
I feel like implementing a built in system to just let the game gradually increase your sim distance to the set value at the start of the game over the course of a few minutes or so could mitigate a lot of these problems while also not impacting gameplay in any meaningful way, just a nice quality of life change that makes things easier for all of us
