Hook X Unique Mobs

In the spirit of the spyglass goals spy on X unique mobs. It would be much easier to start than spyglass (need 2 string instead of amethyst), but harder to get each unique mob since you have to get much closer than needed for spyglass. Fishing rod isn't directly used for any goals so far so I think this could be a way to add it other than just fishy business.

Inspired by this https://discord.com/channels/1493030345048719483/1524100966486638692/1524627879294402672 . It is rather easy to detect hooking unique entities, I think it works exactly the same as the spyglass goals.
