Allow media and threads in #lobbies for sharing and discussing custom boards

The suggestion to create a #custom-boards forum channel was rejected, but the existing text channel #lobbies could be used instead if it allowed you to post a picture of a custom board and then start a thread to discuss it.

as of right now, we will not be changing the way the discord is organized. if you'd like to make a community discord server unaffiliated with draftout (as has been suggested elsewhere) go for it! you can post the community server in #resources
