new channel category for miscellaneous lobby discussion

jesOP2 months ago(edited)this includes custom boards, settings (in the future when lobby settings gets expanded) and also moving lobby discussion/lfg posting to this category.
this was made after the suggestion about a custom boards forum (https://discord.com/channels/1493030345048719483/1528410869501923481 thx noura) and the proposal of a separate discord.
reasoning in favor (from my perspective):
- the audience and moderation are already here in this discord, which is for everything "officially" draftout
- the current main category is already a little big
- even though organization is pretty subjective, discord has a feature where people can organize their channel list how they want to
- people DO NOT READ INFO CHANNELS and will miss a discord link. when directed to a whole other discord server for something they wanted to talk about, that reduces the motivation to discuss that topic (for some people not all)

(please do not debate about the validity of custom boards being in resources or not being in resources in this thread) (last one is being closed for a reason)

This would be good, every public channel being in the same category kinda defeats the purpose of even having it in a category.

as of right now, we will not be changing the way the discord is organized. if you'd like to make a community discord server unaffiliated with draftout (as has been suggested elsewhere) go for it! you can post the community server in #resources

reason being, this server was not intended for community building. this server was intended for open beta and information dispersion purposes: bug reporting, gameplay suggestions, etc.
