You could either place the block on a water source or use bucket to waterlog it

theres so many bucket goals already tho:
powered snow, milk bucket, tropical fish, nether enter and the easy nether goals.
most of these have a bigger decision making point than just getting 3 iron

digging 80 blocks straight down would never be the right play early game as an alternative to getting 2 or 3 iron

there are boards where you insta trial chamber, also it's not just about 3 iron, it's about the whole line

those aren't instant, sometimes you can get punished hard for making shears early especially on a low iron seed

if we allow bucketing, the other bucket goals require exploration or time commitment and this doesn't, i think that makes it more interesting

thought i would mention that i don't think every new goal has to be highly interesting or be complex to be part of draftout. there's nothing that strategic about filling a composter or putting an item frame in an item frame

yeah that's why it's weird to me because like you put leaves in a water source block and it's waterlogged now, doesn't really feel like you waterlogged something to me
