You need to place 3 blocks vertically, where bottom is green, middle is yellow and top is red. (And by green I mean block with green in the name, so green terracotta counts but moss doesn't)
Maybe filter for a village with green bed/desert/warm ocean

harder to detect and confusing for players as its not really a defined minecraft thing

It's not a minecraft feature, but it's still concise and easy enough to do, understand and check. I like it I wouldn't be against this haha but I don't think others agree.
