Change "Place a Painting" to "Place a 4x4 Painting"

objectives

why?
- it's more interesting
- takes slightly more skill than just placing a painting on the side of a block

places you can place it on:
- a 4x4 wall
- a 4x4x1 hole
- some village houses (and other structures)
- flat cave wall
- side of a mountain
- and more!

cons:
- could be hard to code, idk

(yes, i've already suggested this, but it was in a list with 6 other goals)

"Place a m x n painting" with (m,n) being randomised over all possible sizes

That would confuse some people whether m is height or width but icon should clear that up

but yea i would love for more of the "place" goals to be more interesting, like place a hanging sign being hang a hanging sign would make it require just a bit more like thought and skill

like 4 high 3 wide and 3 high 4 wide both work
