khvostOP2 months agoAt least in quick play, but maybe it’s important for all games with queues.
I feel like there should be an option to forfeit at any point, from the very beginning, even before the draft starts, and during the draft.
Sometimes I start a game and I know I have to forfeit it. But I have to wait: before the draft and during the draft the only option to stop the game is to disconnect. And this leaves the opponents sitting there through the draft and then they have to (I think) win the game. It’s not that hard maybe, but I feel like this wastes a lot of time of the opponent.
+ I think this might be against the rules or the etiquette.
Please correct me if I’m wrong and there is a solution to this.

at the very least in lobby, so u dont hv to wait out the minute to end it. And I think this should apply to draw vote too

Game does end earlier if you leave and don't rejoin within like 5 minutes or so

In most games doing that a lot is bannable

It can easily happen by accident followed by instant match found. Games can also have an option for this scenario as a result, whereas draftout makes u wait 2 mins, and up to an extra 5 mins for the opponent if u dc instead if ending the game via ff.

I can't say in advance if I have time or not. And wasting someone's time for 5 minutes is not fun

As I said before, " I think this might be against the rules or the etiquette.", so I know that, and that is one of the reasons to add the forfeit button
