Give a status affect to a mob using a creeper

If you didnt know if creepers explode while having a status effect, it acts as a big splash potion. You can use this to infect another mob with that status effect. So it would require you to get a splash potion or a spectral arrow and hit the creeper with it and be careful that the other mob isn't too close.

Part of the challenge is having to go back to the ow most of the time, because most potions are from the nether, and finding a creeper which u have to either time it so you exit the nether at night, or trap a creeper in a boat from the night before
