surface cave: diorite, granite and andesite (u can usually get these every game)
deep cave or trial chamber: deepslate and tuff
nether: blackstone and basalt
sulfur caves in next update: cinnabar and sulfur
This could encourage cave or trial chambers lines, which i feel like don't usually get played as much in the early game (since iron and redstone have other ways of getting them).
It would obv also have nether options, and also adds a new goal with the new sulfur caves
