Don't Count Root Advancements for Advancement Goals

isawabelleOP2 months agoTab roots (such as the Nether page) currently count as an advancement, which as a casual player can feel very unintuitive, as well most people not knowing these page unlock requirements. Removing tab roots from the advancements goal would help make these goals more accessible to newer players, as what advancements exist is a lot more clear then the tab root unlocks, as well as preventing some advancements from double counting (such as entering the nether).
If this makes the advancements goals too difficult (which I personally don't think it does), they could easily be reduced to multiples of 8 instead of multiples of 10.

I do not think we should make the game simpler for everyone for the sake of accessibilty
