frequent crashing and map reset for player

my game crashes about every 2hours
and my map (+player data) gets reset, so i am at spawn with nothing
when i log back in it tells me the draftout started, like in the beginning
this happened to me after the recent update

I've had this happen when i tried to do command q before getting the mod for it

i use control q, and the world didnt reset for me before the recent update when i tried command q. thx tho

ive also had the map reset issue yesterday, i was getting advancements again and inventory wiped. This happened after playing for a bit so maybe that had to do with it
