Remain in spectator after Draw

EliteMasterOP2 months agoDoing solo blackout, I requested draw as I died (I died first according to chat), so the draw got requested and I clicked respawn on the death screen. When I respawned, I am still in the game as a spectator and the draw vote is no longer an option. I clicked forfeit and it does nothing, so I am stuck.
