Limit variable goals on custom boards to 1

Goals like kill x color sheep and wear x leather armor should be limited to 1 in custom blackout games.
Boards with multiple of these are impossible in a regular draftout game, and for records having multiple of these goals are lame imo.
I think a 4x4 record consisting of full red armor, full blue armor, full orange armor, and full yellow armor could happen soon if someone wanted to find a seed for it.

You can just play for the fastest blackout run that uses a possible board

i think it's lame too but people can just not add multiple variants of the goal if they don't want to
