I ate 3 unique sus stews and was not awarded the obtain 3 effects goal. Probably due to then fact my second stew was consumed in 1 tick (Unsure if this occurs in vanilla minecraft or is exclusive to draftout). This gave me night vision for infinity and I could not sprint - making the game unplayable. I was forced to forfeit the match. I don't have nitro so I can't upload the file, if a mod wishes to see the clip, I will happily send it.

oh i'm pretty sure this is vanilla then. this is the same bug as attribute swapping, you switched to the blindness stew too fast and desynced
