Lag in inventory & menus when using toolscreen

I have been experiencing lag in my inventory and settings menu when using toolscreen. I have seen people say in the past that this may be caused by "mouse trail", I have the cursor trail setting off (I think its the same thing?), but I am still experiencing lag.

hmm, someone was having the same issue without narrator on (and not just volume at 0%) but they didn't have any more info

I wish I could give more. It's pretty sporadic so I don't even know that I can conclusively link it to toolscreen, though it does seem to not happen without it.

you should try updating to 1.4.4, that might fix your issue

Yeah I had issues updating via the bundled in updater. I managed to update using the jar on the github releases page. Should've done that first probably... lol.

I haven't noticed it yet, but I cant be certain that it's resolved due to the aforementioned sporadic nature of the lag.

okay same issue but my friend does not have toolscreen and he experiences the same thing

if it's not narrator, let your friend know to make a new bug report and share a log
