Board scale messes with board position

1 Screenshot is with 140% (gap on right), second is with 150% (no gap on right)
Probably not noticeable in most cases, but doesn't seem like the api for board position takes it into account so the twitch extension can be a couple pixels offset

(screenshots were taken right against the edge of the screen in both instances, in game for the first one, you can see a bit of the sky on the right, but in the screenshot it just looks like a bigger black border)

(which is noticable if "Board grid" is enabled on the twitch overlay - used to be basically invisible whilst it was over the board)

i'll fix it so it's aligned correctly, minecraft's gui system is slightly annoying for pixel-perfect alignment (when gui scale is anything >1)

@marin related, the location of effects isn't adjusted for by the board scale. Not annoying when your scale is smaller, but when your scale is bigger, your effects get fully covered (I've been confused about whether i've had fire res or not multiple times)
