Same, went into nether to get blaze rod for brewing stand but no cobble. Left nether (200 block sprint) open crafting table to craft it all and get disconnected log back in and I’m at the crafting table and the blaze rod is gone as it was in my crafting table

bump, (happened someth similar and lost a game in result, smelting got rolled back and I lost by 5 seconds because of that

it also happened to me, got disconnected while i was holding planks with cursor and when i got back they disappeared :p

same here, this destroyed my stew-based "get 4 effects" because all my mushrooms were in the crafting grid, with no nearby sources for new mushrooms. (the score was 12-11 but I had to abandon the goal and scramble to something else, luckily I barely won 13-12)
