This give more more ways to complete the goal, since you could also use a honey bottle.
This would offer more variety to the goal, since this can be faster if there are no cows nearby or if you have no iron.

I forgot, that axelotl can remove mining fatigue, but this is also cool.

it should include totem popping which removes negative effects and going through the end fountain which removes all effects

Itd have to be pretty well spelled out imo if we're saying dying doesnt count, because that seems like a logical take otherwise that would lead to confusion when it doesnt give the goal. Maybe a given list, or in the icon it flashes between options? Not sure of a way to make that not look messy if going through the end fountain is one but im not a graphic designer. I also like the milk bucket goal as is so maybe this is a new goal instead of a change.

End fountain is a patched glitch and totem removes ALL effects

use an item to clear effect? cause it includes honey bottle, milk, and totem, excludes death, and provides more clarity

I feel like just saying "clear an effect" and cycling between ways to do it is enough and makes logical sense to not include dying, dying doesnt really clear anything it just resets you (at least that's how i see it)

yeah I agree I don’t think any logical person is looking at a goal called clear an effect with a milk bucket etc icon and thinking they could get it by dying

I think going TC early for other goals means honey bottle is entirely reasonable. And it’d just be nice to raise the skill ceiling for the goal in general.

yeah, but that’s usually fairly doable, especially in trial chamber: spider/cave spider/bogged spawner, potions of poison from dispenser, poison tipped arrows from vaults/reward chests, poison arrows in ominous trials, list probably goes on
