Moving draft phase

We had finished the draft phase when I got disconnected while the counter was counting down to 30 seconds. When I logged back in, I held W while the world was loading. I think I moved a couple of blocks for 3 seconds(counter at 10 counting down), then the tick froze again.

By the "tick froze again" you mean the counter stopped?

Not the counter my movement, animals movement, passing time on game etc.
