My username is Mag3a and my game with arzranger both of us were not able to do the full inventory with unique items no matter what we did.

I thought it was also bugged but in hindsight I see 2 iron horse armors

it's hard to spot with nonstackables sometimes

if this happens, you can drop all your items straight down to pick them back up and combine stacks, then take a careful look at your unstackable items / full stacks of 64
