Ways to obtain tipped arrows:

Craft with 8 arrows + lingering potion

50% drop from stray/parched/bogged

Find in Trial Chamber (of course)

Trade from max level Fletcher

Defeat a raid and get as gift from a fletcher (lmao)

Potential issue: Fletchers only have a 2/3 chance to offer the trade. Maxing a Fletcher sucks.

I think the most reliable way to get this is just to go to a trial chamber and either get it from a dispenser or get a lingering potion there and craft it. If you are near a desert, swamp, or snowy biome you farming the special skeletons makes this easy as well.
I think the fletcher angle is just completely irrelevant because it would take longer anyway.

Idk that this feels like functionally different from the kill parched/bogged task and just another thing to get from tc, but i suppose we have a lot of near repeats anyhow

since the recent discussion of bogged/stray/parched annoyance I'd like to bring this up

I suggest "get hit by a tipped arrow" as a replacement for skeleton goals

"obtain tipped arrow" has a severe disadvantage over "kill stray/bogged" since the drop rate is 50%, while getting hit is not affected by rng

and this goal sounds more fun than "kill stray"

stray and bogged could also be tc but if tipped arrow is added, it should replace those, definitely shouldn't be together
