Inconsistent menu navigation with Escape

GracefulBeautyOP4 months ago(edited)1. If you click on the recovery compass from the Minecraft title screen then press Esc, it takes you back to the Minecraft title screen.
2. If you click on Profile or Leaderboard then press Esc, it does nothing.
3. If you click on Settings then press Esc, it takes you all the way back to the Minecraft title screen.
4. If you click on Lobbies -> Join or Lobbies -> Create then press Esc, it does nothing.
I would expect pressing Esc to always return you to the previous screen, but that only happens in case 1.
