I was not the one to complete this but my opponent got return to sender then the 400 damage goal and question marked it in chat. Unsure because it wasn't me but they seemed confused about it. wondering if anyone else had the same thing

it actualy does integer limit dmg not 1k

you are correct, i was looking at the code yesterday. Ghast does 1k, parrot cookie does 2^128 (actually float limit)
