World lag after first death?

World was fine until i died to golem. Couldn't break any blocks and all entities giga glitching out(Unplayable). (Apologies for shitty screenrecording my laptop is bad)

it's weird cause after i alt tab the rest of the pc doesnt work fast until i close out of minecraft

I have the same symptoms almost every game but unrelated to anything gameplay wise, it almost feels like it happens after the client being open for x minutes, and I thought maybe it's a bugged "reduce frames when minimised" but that doesn't change anything

No issues playing vanilla, just with the modded instance

So far I was only using the Draftout mod, now I;m going to try playing with Sodium and Lithium installed too
