Change "Obtain 64 arrows" to "Obtain 32 arrows"

(maybe even lower, like 20). I've never seen this goal done via any other means than a fletcher trade. Lowering the number would make it viable to get this goal via these methods or a combination of them:
- arrows from bastion chests
- arrows from jungle temple
- arrows from skeletons
- arrows from pillager outpost
- arrows from trial chambers
- feathers from chickens or parrots
- feathers from shipwrecks
- flint from ruined portals
- flint from mining/exploding gravel

you cant get normal arrow from bartering(aka piglin trades) they only trade spectrum arrows

and from my experience they didnt change the loot table for arrows
i havnt played this week tho tbh

you can only get them from chests, most bastions wont have more than half a stack

i wanted to point it out so no one go trade with piglin for normal arrows lol

potentially this goal could be kept at a full stack but include spectral arrows, that way it can be done via trading, bastions, and its good game knowledge to know crafting spectral arrows doubles your arrow count

alternatively there can be two or more versions of this goal with different numbers on them

because its not like the pool is perfectly crafted and making one more early game goal changes the game balance

I think currently it's an early game goal already if there's a village near spawn.
