Im not sure how the elo system works relative to who youre against in a match, ima against someone 50 lower and i lost 40 yet i only lost 10-13. Surely i shouldve lost a little less. Adding to that i won against someone 120 higher yestaday and only gained 22
Not sure if this needs a rethink but i think it needs some tweaks to make it more fair instead of losing a match worth each time you lose and only gain half that back. For me to break even now i need to win 2 in a row which i did today but lost it all already from one loss

Lost Elo shouldnt depend on the score
Lets say in football if u win u get 3 points and doesnt matter if it was against 1st or last team in the table.
about the ELO I feel like im getting fair elo gains/loss against specific opponents. Just kinda hate getting queued with someone 400 elo lower (but like 400 elo above to queue)

1. elo lost/gained is not affected by scoreline within the match
2. elo lost/gained is affected by the strength (elo) of your opponent, if everyone is ranked accurately then you will usually beat lower elos, toss up against equal elos, and usually lose against higher elos
