I just use winddowed with my monitors resolution but for some reason i have turn on turn off fullscreen to get the taskbar to go away so yeah this would be nice.

jingle can auto launch everything, toolscreen isn't another program to open

tabbing out midgame is definitely useful if you need the wiki for any assistance or if you stream and such
but I don't see any issues with toolscreen, it's built into the game so it's not like you'd be opening any other software
I feel like making an exception solely for one mod is kinda annoying when toolscreen takes so little time to set up instead and has more features

nobody has seemed to mention the non exclusive fullscreen option in vanilla 26.1.1, is that not sufficient?

it doesnt do anything, or it is at least bugged to make the game minimize on alt tab
