WeewernaaOP4 months ago(edited)I was doing the achievement with the cauldron after which it crashed and rolled back, then I tried to do it again, but it didn't work, I think it's a bug.

You sent a latest.log, which often lacks critical information. Please send the full Prism log from Edit > Minecraft Log instead.
You seem to be missing 1 recommended mod. You can download it here: planifolia.
You can get the latest versions of all mods from this website or by using ModCheck.
