i think there should be no seed changes and even if you get mangrove with all desert you deal with it idk

I like the desert everywhere seeds. It forces you to be more creative. Filtering them out would make desert temple seeds basically non-existent so they can't do that

yes I think Draftout needs to force bad seeds, where's the fun when you play a linear and boring seed every time?

it's also not like Ranked where a corrupted structure or suboptimal spawn ruin the whole game

exactly, and there's skill in finding biomes too by understanding climate parameters so it's not completely "who finds a wood biome first" rng

I got a cave seed yesterday where it was almost impossible to get out without punching stone. If it had been then that would’ve been a seed change time

Yeah it was one of those giant hole caves where the sides are very steep. Luckily there was a part with dirt that led up but if not it could’ve been a nice fun cutscene

if there are enough seeds in the pool I don't see any downsides of having the option to seed change, if one player doesn't want to take it they don't have to

seed changing does seem less needed in draftout compared to mcsr but i dont see the harm in adding it as a feature if both players want to reroll. imo it seems less likely both players would even agree considering the sheer variety of things to do. but still, the option being available would be nice on the off chance a seed is just that bad. being able to scout before drafting seems unnecessary though imo

I had to end a match in a draw cause the desert temple had a massive cave underneath so both of us immediately fell in and died with all the loot after we blew up the tnt
