FulhamOPlast weekAverage goals is quite largely overlapped with a players win% - i.e. if you win 90% of your games, you are likely to have just under 13 goals completed per game.
It would be more interesting to see the goal differential on average per game. Does the player win/lose by a landslide, or do they keep it close?
It would just be:
(Goals per game - Opponents goals per game) / Games played
