idk if this is what is meant but like i just had a random crash, when i relogged i lost all my items and progress, seed was totally reset 1 hour in

also its not a "new seed" as the post says, or at least that didnt happen to me

it was the same seed just completely reset, other than the goals

I think its because theres ways to change the world internally if you arent connected to the server the whole time so to make it so you can still reconnect if your connection goes out, the compromise is that your world is reset. Someone can correct me if I am wrong though
